Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but please note that all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a faulty item.

 

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team at hello@saxonsoundmerchandise.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

To initiate a return for a faulty item, please provide the following information:

1. Your order number

2. A brief description of the issue

3. Photographic evidence of the fault 

Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, if possible.

Refunds for faulty items will be processed to the original payment method once we receive the returned item and confirm the fault.
